Regular Schedule
Class space is limited to ensure a comfortable, peaceful environment for all participants. We recommend reserving a spot by clicking on the "Book Now" button above. If you cancel less than 6 hours before class you will be charged 1 class. You may reserve a spot up to 1 hour before class. New participants should arrive 10 minutes before class.

Mats are not provided. They are available for purchase $20.00 or rent $1.00
**Online Registration required means that if you want to attend you should reserve a space online. If there are zero online reservations 1 hour before the class start time the class will not be held thus the walkin/no reservation option is not available.
***On the first saturday of each month you can bring a friend to class and both of you practice for free. "friend" is defined as a new yogacentric student.
