Service Description
This class is designed for practitioners who are looking to establish a consistent yoga practice or revisit the fundamental principles of yoga. Our experienced instructors will provide an accessible approach, focusing on foundational postures, breath awareness, and mindfulness. You’ll learn how to best align your body with techniques to promote flexibility, strength, and balance. This class is great for beginners and advanced practitioners looking for a balanced daily or weekly practice. After centering with the breath, we’ll move through a nice balance of seated poses to stretch and open the body and standing postures that create heat, strength, and energy. Finishing with some nice holding poses. We’ll get the entire body involved using the breath as a guide creating strength and flexibility in the body and calm for the mind. You’ll be ready to take on your day with renewed joy and ease.

Cancellation Policy
Please register for class no later than 1 hour before the class start time. Also, please cancel any bookings no later than 1 hour prior to the class start time. If there is noone registered for class, the class will be cancelled. This will occur 1 hour prior to the class start time. Always check the schedule before coming to class.
