Juliana is a highly experienced yoga teacher who enjoys adding arm balances to her practice and looks forward to sharing this passion with others. She'll bring a wealth of knowledge to help students explore the challenges of arm balances. Juliana started a deeper practice of yoga when she moved to India in 2010. It was there that she started practicing very alignment oriented yoga, doing her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2013. In 2017 she did her second Yoga Teacher Training in Ann Arbor, and today her teaching style is supportive, precise, and empowering, offering personalized guidance to ensure each student builds confidence and stability in their practice. Come ready to explore, challenge yourself, and feel empowered!
